Victoria has over twenty years of hands-on experience across the fashion, textile, and jewellery sectors. Her career spans designing and manufacturing products for leading brands to shaping sustainability strategies for award-winning businesses. She has visited gold mines and factories worldwide, giving her unique insight into the realities of supply chains and the opportunities for positive change.

 

Her expertise lies in sustainability strategy, responsible sourcing, and certification.  She is proud to be Certified Carbon Literate and is a B Leader trained to guide businesses through B Corp certification.  She has supported businesses of all sizes to strengthen their practices, drive sales, and communicate their impact with clarity and confidence.

 

Formerly leading Fairtrade Foundation's work on Fairtrade Gold, Victoria was responsible for a commercial strategy that saw the scheme grow from concept to industry leader in artisanal gold.  She went on to launch V&V Sustainability Consultancy, which evolved into Credere in 2026.

 

Victoria is co-founder of Considered Jewellery, a member of the Fair Luxury collective, and regularly writes for industry publications such as The Jeweller magazine.
